The following terms and conditions apply to the lessons conducted by the tutor

 

  • Once a payment has been made, and a student decides they do not want a lesson anymore  - no refunds will be made

 

  • If a student is not happy with the lesson for whatever reason - it needs to be escalated to the tutor and if the tutor feels the lesson was justified no refund will be made.
